Finally!

Yep here comes an update!

Not very much to say however..

Thanks: Thanks to all who have donated! There are so many that I can't name everyone. I still have many donations in my inbox to go through so thank you all so much. Remember you can always donate! You can read the full article at Teen Vogue Here. What do you think they will call the line? How funny would it be if they named the line "Jonas Fashion"?

Lastly,

Thanks: Thanks to everyone who sent kind wishes and prayed for my mom. We all really appreciate it and when I went to visit her on Wednesday I told her "All my visitors hope you get well soon". I didn't get much of a response from her but my dad said that it was very sweet of you all and I'm sure my mom was thinking the same thing. Right now (on October 2nd) she's doing okay. Because of the medication she is on she is a bit dilusional. She was also sent to the ICU (intensive care unit) earlier because her blood pressure and heart rate are a bit high and now she's having trouble breathing. Hopefully everything will be okay. I probably won't mention any specifics in these updates again since it is not related to the site or the boys but I will keep you all posted VIA Twitter so if you would like to keep up with what is going on with her check the Twitter. Thanks again for all your prayers and kind wishes. They have not gone unnoticed.

Explanations....

Hi all.

I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while but that is what this post is here for: explanations.

There are a few reasons I have not been able to update.

1. I'm busy with school and yearbook. Both are important and since I am the copy editor of the yearbook I have to read over all the articles in the yearbook and make sure there are no grammar mistakes.

2. This is probably the most important reason and also may affect my ability to update frequently over the next month. Tomorrow my mom is having surgery for her back and abdomen. She has 3 different tumors on different arteries in her stomach that are being removed. She is also having these golfball sized things that are pressing down on her spine that she is having removed. This will make her very sore and will take a while to recover from. I just wanted to let you all know because she won't be able to do things herself and myself and my dad will have to help her do really simple things like getting up.

I hope you guys understand.

Last, I know the site looks a little weird right now. I accidentally messed up the CSS file. It will take me a day or so to fix so please bear with me. However if you use Safari the site should look almost the same as before.

I'm sorry for not updating but I hope this sheds some light onto what has been going on.

Oh and big shout out to Cameron Middle School in Nashville. On Saturday my family and I participated in Hands on Nashville. We helped clean up and redo Cameron Middle School's courtyard. My dad and I were even on the news. You can see us at :59 in the video below. I'm in the white tank top and Dad is in the white shirt and blue hat.

I just thought I would share. I hope we were able to make the kids at Cameron Middle's days a little brighter. The principal said that 90% of the students in the school are in poverty.

I encourage all of you, if you are given the opportunity to do any kind of community service to take the opportunity. It's a great experience and one that everyone should partake in at least once in their lifetime.

09/13/08: Finally!

Yay! New update!

First, I apologize for not updating last week. There was so much going on that it was just not physically possible for me to update. But as you can see, I made time to update today! Yay! I hope you can all forgive me. I've never had a schedule that was as busy as mine is right now and I'm still learning how to make it work.
